What's yours is mine.

It was Sunday when I determined that I had "Absolutely no clothes to wear for the coming week!" Desperate, I decided to raid my mother's closet of forgotten clothes....and, to my delight, I found some amazing pieces! P.S. I am not a fashion expert... by any means. lol.

The shoes and the accessories (except for the belt) were already mine, but everything else belonged to my mother!

This shirt is one of my favourites. Very soft and feminine. This past year I lived in skinny jeans, converse, and graphic tees (that's first year uni for ya), so i'm excited to explore more fashions over the summer. The necklace is from Forever 21 and the pearl bracelet is from H&M.

I love this outfit also! I actually wore it to work on monday. It's a classic and simple outfit that I see out and about quite a bit. A plain high-waisted skirt paired with a more detailed, ruffled or embroidered, blouse or shirt. I added the "encrusted" heart-shaped necklace to soften the look, as it can come across as a bit harsh due to the black and white contrast. The necklace is from Forever 21 and the bag is from H&M.

I was very excited when I saw this dress. It needs taking in, but is it not a perfect Audrey Hepburn-esque dress!? It's structured, falls just above the knees, and it's the colour of a Tiffany's box! Breakfast At Tiffany's anyone? Would it be weird to take the dress in to a paint place to get it colour-matched? Haha. I want to paint my room for next year this colour! Hmmmm...anyways, I paired it with a geometric necklace that I got from H&M.

Last but not least, I pulled this A-line floral dress. This dress also fits a little bit so it'll need taking in. Floral is still in, right? I sure hope so because this is one busy dress. Haha. I love it! I paired it with a simple rose-shaped necklace just to tie together the whole flowery theme.

Vintage stuff is awesome. Free vintage? Even better. :)
